Q: Sharp enough for holes in bottom of purse for brass feet?

I doubt this is the right tool to create holes in the bottom of a purse for brass feet. I’d look at leather work punches. The seam rippers are great, and work well cutting strands of thread as it’s meant to do.

should work fine for removing embroidery. VERY SHARP point and cutter edge on both sizes in this set. We've been very pleased with these.
