Our electrician had recommended other lights, but after shopping around and reading reviews we chose these. So glad we did. Even he (electrician) was impressed by them. They are bright and you can choose what level of brightness you want (we chose the lowest bc they are still very bright, like daylight). They also dim. We had them installed a week ago so have no idea how long they will last, but they are a great choice so far.

These are excellent. I bought two boxes of them for a remodel after I put my first one in. Join prime for the discount and prime pays for itself with a couple boxes.I have them on the 5k setting and it is like sunshine in my house. They are super easy to install.My only complaint would be that they don’t come with plugs or push in connectors to protect the wire going in to the box. I like almost everything about these lights. I like the bright white lights, I like the way they make the house look, I like that they save energy cost, and I like the overall look. I don’t like that the plastic ring that sits against the ceiling looks cheap. I also don’t like that the lights do not sit flush against the ceiling. I didn’t install them so I can’t say how difficult it is to install them. I’m going to have to add caulk around the rim to seal it and cover the little gaps left the plastic piece.

I have a 28'x32' garage that I use for all sorts of hobbies that require good lighting. I did have 3 8' double bulb flourecent fixtures evenly spaced. Each bulb stated it was 5100 lumens for a total of 30,600 lumens. So I was a little nervous about the amount of light 16 of these lights at 1200 lumens each (total of 16,800) would put out.These lights effectively put the light were it's needed and seems far brighter than the greater lumens of the flourecent bulbs. Spacing of my fixtures is 5' between the lights in a row and 6' between columns. This gave me a 4x4 rectangle for my space since it's not quite square. This amount of lighting would be terribly excessive for an indoor living space so allow more room between fixtures. The 3000 degree setting is the perfect color temperature for this space and maybe interior rooms. . The 2700 setting seemed like it would be good for interior spaces too. The 5000 and 6000 degree settings are horribly blue tinted with terrible color rendering and can't imagine why anyone would use these settings.Installation was as easy as the rest of these type units. The light disk were shallow enough that I didn't have to worry about avoiding obstacles from the roof trusses. I had several instances where these lights are directly below a truss and the units fit within the drywall layer. I actually had a few times where the roof trusses prevented me from using the spring clips to mount the light. I simply cut the spring tabs off of the back of the light, removed the foam gasket around the rim of the light, the. Used caulk to glue the light in place!I had one spring clips fling off the light and disappear into the fluffy insulation in the attic, but there were a few extra in the box!

These lights are affordable and good value. It is backed by great warranty which I hope don't need to use. I had these installed and they look excellent. I have them to soft white paired with Feit dimmer from Costco. Lights dim well and overall looks good. Time will tell how good they are. Electrician installing was not impressed by push connector it comes with also claimed they were very light in weight. Any way we will see.

We installed LED puck lighting throughout our downstairs living area and used these lights.Once the wiring was run, the lights install in just a couple minutes thanks to the quick connectors and snap springs.Already ordered more to work on the upstairs living area next.
