Works great, but very noisy
I have several other rock tumblers and one vibrating rock polisher, so at any given time I have at least one of them running. I like the larger size of this barrel, and I like that is has a fairly large internal lip where the internal lid rests, which gives extra protection from potential leaks. The external lid and thumbnut feels solidly built, and I have absolutely no fear of this barrel leaking. With that said, this is by far the noisiest rubber-drummed tumbler I currently have. Maybe it's the larger barrel size for the recommended weight limit this tumble has, or maybe it's just a noisy tumbler. I do like it, but you don't want to be in the same room with it when it's running.

Has a short lifespan
Does a good job, but mine quit working after 3 batches of rock. Does beautiful job, I just want it to last longer.

Results Are Amazing
Got this for my granddaughters. They both love it, which is amazing for something that takes about 3 weeks to complete, now they just want more raw stones and grit for Christmas! Oh, and fittings to make jewelry, so this product.is kind of life changing for them.

Great rock Tumblr
I love how fast and efficient this little machine is when it comes to tumbling rocks. I just wish they had a machine that would tumble 6 lb in one tub using the same setup as a smaller one for a reasonable price.

Died in 11 Months
It's a rock tumbler. Tumbling rocks takes at least one month per batch. So it's supposed to run more or less 24/365. The motor died after less than 11 months of operation. I expected at least five years of service. Both of the original drive bands wore out after 2-3 months of service. There are good replacement upgrades available for cheap.I'm going to try to replace the motor with something that will last.
