1 star simply because I can't rate it 0 stars. Missing screws, had to buy the right one myself, no instructions, the qr code thats supposed to take you to the instructions pdf lead you to a 404 page, you have to navigate yourself in their website to find the instructions for a similar item. Still, very difficult to follow, the video is below useless. Took forever to finally set it up, and it's not smooth as I was hoping for, quite clunky. Gonna send it back for sure. Stay away, save yourself an awful evening and a bad purchase

Perfect for the purpose
Had to improvise a bottle pull out rack under the sink inside the base cabinet and this one has done the job perfectly. Very pleased with the outcome.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The Installation instructions don't match the product (they are wrong on the Emuca website too) and the fittings supplied are wrong and random (I bought two of these and both had wrong and different fittings), so you have to figure it out yourself. Additionally, the frame itself is not square, so the runners won't wont soft close. 25 years fitting kitchens and I have never seen a worse product. Zero support from the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! You will just destroy your kitchen cabinet trying.

No instructions provided, website measurement wrong
Have a previous model which is great however the design has changed and there were no instructions with it. Fixed following measurements on website but completely wrong. Took me over 4 hours trying to adjust so would open and close properly. Having to remove completely and start again a bit higher in the space. Disappointing and no way as good as previous version.
