Zippers not able to open

I work in an ambulance and I Often bring my food to work. I had a larger Lunch pail it was too big wouldn’t fit in the cabinets. I’ve had smaller ones and they can’t quite hold what I need. But this one, chefs kiss

There was no strap on delivery and it was to small but hard wearing bag canvas

Doesn’t keep things cool
Doesn’t keep water cool even with ice packs in the bags doesn’t keep it cold at all the ice packs are warm after 3 hours so not 12 like it says. Wish I had picked a better lunchbox now have to spend more money on another product because this one doesn’t work
