Check the power brick on your machine: Most CPAP machines use a Switching Power Supply that can take 240V 50Hz natively with just a plug adapter. The rating should be on the power supply.

WIll this work for basic charging of cameras, phones & ipad in Kenya & Tanzania?

Thank you for your interest. Power converter works to charge cameras, phones and other 5V (volts) USB devices. Kenya used Type G adapter (our adapter is included in the package), Tanzania used Type D / G adapter (that is also included in the package). For the most part, there are two types of electrical sockets (outlets) used in the United Republic of Tanzania: the "Type G " British BS-1363 and the "Type D" Indian  (3 pins - old British BS-546 5 amp "small") sockets. European adapter (2 pins) may be compatible with Type D adapter (3 pins). The answer is "Yes", it works for Kenya & Tanzania.

Will this work in Romania and Austria?

Thank you for your inquiry. Australia mainly used Type I adapter which the package has included a Type I. Romania used Type C / F. Type C is included with the power cord but Type F is not included in the package, but you may purchase it separately. My dell xps 13 has a 45W adapter. Would this work with that in India?

Thank you for your inquiry. Please check the specification on your power adapter to see it can support dual voltage (110V - 240V, it will be labeled on the power adapter). If it can support dual voltage, you do not need this power converter. India mainly used Type C / D / M. Type C is included with power cord (2 pins). Type D is 3 pins but 2 pins type C is compatible with 3 pins type D adapter so it can be also used in India. Type M is also 3 pins but the pins are a bit larger than Type D. Please verify which part of India you are visiting to confirm the types of adapter.
