They are ok
I have been wearing the insoles now for about 4 weeks. Still using all 5 of them. The 1st 2 days they were nice and soft and worked really well. But since then they've gotten more firm and less squishy. Unfortunately when I wear steel toe boots for 8 to 12 hours A-day, they do not provide the soft cushion that I need.I ordered them to help relieve the Achilles tendonitis. So maybe my judgment It's a little bias.
