REVIX Ice Pack for Injuries Reusable Gel for Lower Back & Shoulder, Navy

This is a great ice pack. It stays cold long enough to be use on two different parts sequentially without having to refreeze it. It folds into a a uniform rectangular shape or can be refrozen flat. The strap works OK and has a velcro end to wrap around smaller parts and there is a slot to insert the strap for larger areas.

This is the largest pack I could find and it works great for large areas. It stays cold much longer than some smaller packs. But since it is so big, it's also a bit heavy. If you don't need large coverage, it may be more than you need. But it's certainly worth having something like at home, before you need it.

There's a bag with it for space in the freezer, my rhomboid major was torn and this was a huge help, easy to strap on and keep on the affected area.

The size, effectiveness, length of time it stays cold and price are good. Only reason I knock off a star is one side is fuzzy and the other is not. The not fuzzy side gets super icy and then melts and drips all over. I have figured out how to deal with it which is by folding a towel to sandwich between my back and the pack and folding it over so it soaks up the melting frost as it melts. Not sure why they didn't just make both sides fuzzy. Other than that, nice ice pack that covers a big area and lasts plenty long to cool the area.

I have two of these. I have the extra large one for my full back and then I just ordered this one which I love you. Freeze it for four hours put in your refrigerator for two weeks. If you want keeps it cold and keeps the swelling down I use it for sciatica and also for neuropathy Pain I am an elderly disabled woman, and this is great.

I could not be more happier with this product. I am pretty sure I tore either my MCL or ACL. However, since I cannot get into a doctors till early May, I have to be diligent with the RICE method. I needed something asap. I am about 1 week and 3 days post injury, and this ice pack has been my best friend.....along with a knee brace I purchased from Walmart. This things gets FREEZING cold. I recommend using a scarf or something lightweight under the ice pack. The thickness is great and having a strap allows for it to stay in place. Do as instructed and refreeze in the ziplock bag that it comes with. It does not leak, but condensation does happen. The material is high quality, and I would purchase again if needed. It's very easy to put on. If you are looking for ultimate relief, this is the product you need!

My wife recently had shoulder, bisep, and elbow surgery. The surgeon's office was trying to make her buy a very expensive ice machine to use after the surgery. We opted for the Revix reusable ice pack and I am so glad we did. We talked to several people who purchased the machine and we showed them the Revix ice pack, the versatility of use and they regretted spending such amount of money for the machine. The Revix ice pack is easy to use, malleable, and it works perfectly for what we need it; in addition is the best value for our money, it freezes quickly and covers the entire arm.

Cold, Flexible, and Just the Right Size I bought this blue REVIX ice pack to use after reverse shoulder replacement surgery, and overall, I’ve been happy with how it performs. The medium size works well for what I need, and I like that it gets cold quickly. Even when frozen, it’s easy to manipulate, which makes it convenient to use as needed for relief. I’ve used it a few times so far, and it stays as cold as I need it to for 20-minute increments. My main frustration is the Velcro strap. It’s cumbersome to use and tends to do exactly what Velcro does…..attach itself to the wrong piece of Velcro. That makes securing it more annoying than I’d like. So far, it has been durable and effective for my needs, but because of the cumbersome strap, I wouldn’t buy it again. 4 stars.
