BUYER BEWARE
I wore my watch for less than a week. I noticed that the navy finish was worn off on some of the links near the clasp.I contacted the seller, explained the situation, told them that I loved the watch, asked if this was a common occurrence, and if that is the case, could they replaced the bracelet.I received a response which said worn off finish is probably due to being exposed to heat or lotions.This was not the case. In fact, I only wear a watch at the office to ensure I don't go over on appointments. When I get home, I take my watch off. I sent the requested pictures, along with pictures of a watch, an EBEL, I bought at the same time as the Movado BOLD. I have never had another response from this seller, other than the one claiming I had to have exposed the watch to heat or lotions.Movado is an expensive, reputable brand. This seller is not!
