Absolutely love this product! I have troubles with staying regular and sometimes will go a week or more without having a bowel movement. This product keeps me regular. I take two at night before bed and I’m normally having a movement by noon like clockwork. This is also my first colon cleanse product that I’ve ever used, but I am a fan.

Like the extra valerian root in it. Has more important ingredients than regular. Works well. Kinda pricey for amount you get but good product and mild if you follow directions! I’d start with one personally.

This product works well and did not provide any adverse side effects, other than what it was supposed to do: relieve constipation. I've ordered it several times. It always works well. Unfortunately it no longer ships to my location: British Columbia, Canada. So, I have had to search for something similar.

Does not work AT ALL! Maybe I have a tougher internal structure than most... 🤷‍♀️ Didn't work after about 8 days, 2 capsules a night. Won't recommend or buy again! 👎🏽

I take pain medication, that backs me up sometimes, so I thought this would be perfect for me. But I expected something a bit more powerful. More gas than anything.

This stuff works like magic. Make sure you also drink plenty of water.
