Looks so good!
Amazing paint! I painted my patio that we had previously tiled. The tile was not outdoor tile so it was slippery and we had it removed. So the concrete was very splotchy. I was able to paint the whole patio which consists of an original 10x10 and then two additions-one 3x10 and another 8x20 with 2 gallons. It was so easy to apply. Just wet before first application, paint the border with a brush and then pour it on and roll it. Two coats is needed but it looks amazing. My son says it looks like a rich persons house now! It is not slippery at all when wet which is perfect!

Great product! Champagne color
I have a concrete pool deck that was full of cracks and in desperately need of resurfacing. I received quotes from $5K-$8K to restore it. After much research, I found this paint product and it was an answer to a prayer. The champagne color is a nice golden color (closest to a sand color vibe). I power washed my pool deck then painted 2 coats of this paint. I live in AZ and had to wait till the temps dropped to under 90 degrees to use it, and painted at sunset. This paint truly transformed the look of my pool deck and backyard! I have left over paint for any future touch ups and even if it lasts only 2 years it was worth the time and money. Tip: If I were to do it over again, I would have blended sand to the paint for added texture. Google or ChatGPT gives instructions on how to blend it.

Good procuct, watch the color
Be aware of the color. When painted the color was w2ay too bright. No bad smell, paint quality smooth, easy to use. Cleaned easy when cats stepped through the door.

Worth the money.
Used it to paint our Bar top and it looks great, excellent coverage over ugly burgundy color, used San valley which leans slightly greige when dry, also love the non slip texture. Easy to apply also, did 2 coats.

Pricey but worth it.
If it’s one thing we’ve learned it’s that you have to pay the price for the right paint. Do it once and it’s done and looks great. You buy bargain paint and you end up with a sore back and double the time. It dries a little lighter than we thought but it went on flawlessly and is even and beautiful. Definitely worth it.

Painted pool deck
This went on smoothly with a large roller. Texture is non slippery which will work out perfectly for the upcoming summer. We ended up using two containers to refresh and touch up around our pool.

Does not protect against stains
I have a small covered back porch with a painted concrete floor. The old paint was worn and peeling (in spots) and was slippery when wet. I did alot of research on paints, epoxies, and coatings to see what would give me a durable, attractive, non slip finish. I chose the Olympic Patio Tones. I pressure washed the surface, then scrubbed with tsp and pressure washed again. Once dry, I used a leaf blower to get any tiny remaining debris off the porch. We had about 10 days of mid 70s and clear weather. I used Zinser Bullseye 123 Primer (in grey) on the floor first. I was extremely pleased with the coverage of the primer. They get 5 ⭐️ . The next morning I got the Olympic Patio Tones out. I stirred and stirred. I was very hesitant about the color. The color charts for this product are poor at best and vary ridiculously from one website to the next. Anyway, I was trying to get a color somewhat close to the flagstone used around the adjacent koi pond. This paint ended up being army tan when it dried. I wasn't thrilled with the color but would sacrifice for the durability and slip resistance promised by Olympic. The paint rolled on beautifully and the cut in edges along the siding blended perfectly. I didn't have any difficulties with the application. It was a nice creamy, non splattering paint. I also thought that coverage (Sq ft.) according to the label was accurate. We stayed off the back porch for a week to let it set and cure even though it dried very quickly. Now, for the bad. The very bad! I spent days and days preparing the surface, tediously cutting edges along the siding, and carefully applying this paint to have it all ruined by a few leaves that fell during a light rain the other night. Yup! The leaves fell sometime during the night and were blown off the next day. Stains everywhere!!! This product does NOT offer protection! I would also like to add that dirt from foot traffic also leaves stains! I am glad my porch is small and my cost and labor minimal compared to many with large areas to cover. I will repaint with a different product. I will end this with a warning...if you have leaves that will fall on this, kids that will spill things, or any other means of stain producing issues....AVOID THIS COATING! *Desert Sun
