I've been using these bulbs for about 3 years now in every room of my house including the front and back porch. I buy the really bright white ones and they last such a long time. I need the super bright white ones because I live in Arizona and so I don't have a lot of light coming into my house because it's blocked because of the heat of the Sun. But I need that bright light in the house for my well-being. I can't really say they're better than other light bulbs for anybody else but for me they are exactly what I need. They truly shine brighter than any light bulb I've ever had and they last a really long time.

New ceiling fan has a glass Tiffany shade which blocks a lot of light. Two of these worked nicely to give adequate area lighting without resorting to halogen/incandescent and overloading the fixture wattage limit. No idea about longevity as just installed.

I used two of these bulbs in my dining room ceiling fan with a frosted globe and they put out plenty of light. Much better than the older flat, frosted LED bulbs I had bought a couple of years ago from Home Depot. These bulbs are the real deal. They're nice and bright and fit in the fixture with room to spare.Update: 03/27/2020One of my bulbs failed. It flickered briefly and then went out and that was that. It didn't show any signs of failure before dying. I bought a four-pack of bulbs in August 2019 and I used that one bulb nearly every night for one to two hours until today. Decent life but hardly 30,000 hours of use. Maybe it would last that long if not being switched on and off. I opened up the bulb (the led section easily screws out) but didn't see what the problem was and figured I might as well just toss it in the trash. The innards were covered with black tape (no physical damage I could see) so I'm not going to mess with anything like that in my house. The failure wasn't a big deal as I was able to quickly replace it with a spare bulb from the same four-pack.I'm just writing this update to let people know it didn't last as long as stated. I see they mention not to use these bulbs in a ceiling fan, but I never had any interference problems and the bulb and ceiling fan worked just fine. The bulb didn't show any signs of over-heating as there was plenty of space for air to circulate. Anyway, this is my updated review and I knocked off one star.

I bought a previous version of this product that was legitimately a 150W equivalent, but they have clearly cheapened out and at your expense.These are small, 60W equivalent bulbs. Less than half the rated lumens. They are actively and deliberately deceiving you by selling these, and they should be shut down as a result.Do not buy.

Wow. That's what I said 14 months ago. One of them came loose from the base and had to be glued. About two weeks ago individual LEDs started dieing. Both died within a week of each other. Talk about planned obsolescence. This is 2000 hours, way below the 30,000 hours they advertiseWe had been wanting a truely bright (100 Watt) Candelabra LED bulb for years. We thought had found it. The plastic cover is very warm 118°F, the base area is 143°F. The base consist of an aluminum ring and a ceramic transition to the socket. This is where it came loose. The light output is stunning! In the area where we do quilting the dim "warm" light made color evaluations difficult. With these four lights the room is lit up even with sunlight outside. Boom! The pictures show the illumination. The table was shadowed before installing these. I took a picture of the end of one of the bulbs so you could see that there are also 6 lights on the end of this corn cob style bulb. You can see it is so bright the camera makes everything behind it black. These were so white it was stressful. We bought two warm white from another manufacturer. That sofened the light. Theh are spiral corn cobs. Those are still running fine.We have bought other

Seldom do i ever leave a comment, I have been using these since 2020. It would be great if all things were built this good cause we wouldn't have to keep buying replacements. And ya, I will be buying more again, to add to my collection, and not due to failure.

Great lights and very bright, the product description states that one of the features is non dimmable. Not quite a feature as the feature would be for them to be dimmable.If that’s not a concern for you all good but they are so bright that having this dimmable capability would be helpful :)

I installed this in my room. The existing bulb led was too dim to light up the large room. Now my room is brighter and warmer. Definitely satisfied with the performance!

My outdoor lights take two E12 bulbs. Two of these bulbs are a lot of light.
