Best thing to help with my heel spur/plantar fasciaitis.
I had been suffering from heel pain for about 2 months. Doctor said it was plantar fasciatis and had me taking ibuprofen and stretching. It just wasn't working. I think I had a heal spur because I could pinpoint the pain. So, I started taking the Acid-A-Cal pills as directed on the bottle. That was about two months ago. Although I am not 100% healed, I can now walk and run on my foot. I just finished my second bottle and I truely believe the Acid-A-Cal pills are what has helped my foot to heal. I just bought another bottle to hopefully get my to the 100% healed. One other thing I did was to cut a quarter-sized hole in a cheap Dr. Sholl's insert right where the pain was in my heel. The hole took all the pressure off of that spot of pain where I think the heel spur was. It worked better than the pair of insoles I got from the doctor.

Something's Working Right!
I've been taking Enzymatic Therapy for 2 months now. I had severe plantar fasciitis in both feet for over a year or so and was very painful. I went to the foot doctor and he gave me a Cortisone shot in the heal and it was extremely painful. It only made it worse. So he recommended to foot exercises and start wearing approved sneakers. Exercises wasn't working at all. So I purchased the Enzymatic and started wearing the Asics GEL-Nimbus 20 sneakers. I haven't had any pain in either foot for almost 2 months! Not sure if it was the Enzymatic pills or sneakers or both that did the trick! I say if you're experiencing the pain, do BOTH!

Highly recommend
These are a little on the pricey side but they are well worth it in my opinion. I got these because they were recommended to me for my heel spurs and a bone spur on top of my foot. Oh my gosh the relief that I got from these. I was flabbergasted how much these worked. I don't know if they help with all other pain but I know they helped with that. Let's face it, however, when you have a heel spur and bone spurs you're not thinking about any other pain. My friend also bought some but at a health store for a higher price and they helped her as well. Highly highly highly recommended.

Really works for bone spurs!
Wow! I can't believe what a difference two weeks in this stuff makes! I have plantar fasciitis and a *suspected* (not medically-diagnosed) bone spur in one of my feet. I have had PF symptoms before, but never like this. I have been in pain and unable to walk normally for months. I ordered this just hoping it might help and it, in fact, has helped. Tremendously so! I agree that it is good to get rid of what's causing the bone spur in the first place, but sometimes you just need to have some pain relief. I think whether it works for you or not depends on what's really going on with your foot. This pretty much confirms my suspicion that it is a bone spur for me. I am very impressed and 60% better in just two weeks. I will update if it relieves my pain completely.
