These smell great, but are advertised as the wrong size. You are NOT getting 2 oz of lotion bar. You are getting closer to 1.1 oz of lotion. It’s close to 2oz if you include the container. 🤨🤨

I love these, and have made gifts of them. They are perfect for taking on an airplane because they are not liquid, and, of course, they transport well for everyday use as well. I know these particular scents are marketed for men, but I almost prefer them to the other ones, even though I'm female. They are cozier and not as sharp. Oddly enough, I love the bay leaf and tobacco, which I was skeptical about. The vanilla is beautiful, of course, and so is the sandalwood, which I usually prefer all around, although it's very light of scent -- barely there, in fact. Some might prefer the "essence" without the full-on-scent, because it's not the least bit overpowering. The bars offer adequate moisture, and really do come in handy. The recipients of the gifts seemed to like them, too.

Unfortunately, the beeswax in these bars keep them way to firm for optimal use. Forget about gliding these over damp or dry skin... if not warmed thoroughly in the hands, they almost skid and skip off the skin. Even with a thorough warming in the hands, again because of the waxy and general firmness, you don't cover much area with the softened bar.I'd suggest looking for lotion bars that are sans beeswax.

I love the idea of these lotion bars to cut down on plastic packaging (although they do come wrapped in plastic from Amazon which was very disappointing). They work best as a hand, rather than full body moisturizer. If you want to use it for your whole body, warm it up in your hands first, get the lotion on your hands, and then apply (rubbing the bar on your body doesn’t work too well). With that being said, it does take a bit of time to apply. I really liked the scents!

I was looking for a hands moisturizer for the winter time and the lotion bars are the best solution so far. This brand is little bit more expensive than others (or hand lotions), but it doesn't get washed down and leaves your hands moisturized for the whole day. Love the smell, although it could be a bit too much when you just apply it.
