MaxelHYBRID 25 Conventional Star Drag Reel GUNSMOKE BLACK

I am so disappointed when I open up this package. The package it self had no damage but when I open up the box with the reel it self ,first thing I see the reel pouch is rip , that no big deal but when I start taking out reel i see a drop mark on the left side of the screw and the material next to the screw is crack open. The same day I receive the package the same day I return. If I could rate it with 0 star I would .

Love them....I have 2 of the 20size and 1of the 25 size with spectra for jigging.Awesome reels.
