I looked at a bunch of clay tools before deciding on this one. It included everything I thought I would need, as a beginner. When I received it today, I was happy to see that all the tools were in a handy plastic box! I love boxes! Lol. This is my coffee cup that I made as soon as I received the kit. Everything worked great. Oh! There's also molds on a plastic tool to make a wood design on the clay! That was pretty neat. Overall, great set and I hope it stays that way.

Good basic starter pack. I used with polymer clay and air dry. The blue sponge tip/ ballpoint ones work well. The metal ruler is fine..as a blade it smushed clay down so a thinner blade works better fir that purpose. The wood ones with metal end work okay

These are an excellent choice for beginners. I only wanted to do some specific projects and these suited my purposes wonderfully. I don’t know why some others are complaining like they’re going to have a showing at MOMA. If I planned on really getting in to clay and studying it for selling I’d pay for professional tools. But until you even know what you’ll need, this kit has you nicely covered for most things. If the plastic stylus has a seam that’s to high (sticking out) then take a utility knife and carefully trim it. There are metal ones for sale here. I just cleaned mine up. Wouldn’t have mentioned it if some others hadn’t complained about it. Lol.

The only issue I ran into is that the white rubber ends dunks into the metal collar when you push it a little harder and you have to pull them back to place. But besides that I don't have any complains. The tools serve their purpose
