This Starter Tree is grown from seed and is currently between 3” and 5” in height above soil. It will continue to grow either outdoor, or indoor when temperatures reach freezing temperature. For colder winter months, you can replace direct sunlight with UV Grow Lights with no loss of development. They can vary in size, but are quick growing, so even a smaller plant will be considerably larger in a couple of weeks. Our horticulturists have planted, grown and nurtured our Key Lime trees since seed, and have cared for them for a minimum of 4 months. They are well rooted, healthy, and ready to be adopted into your family, to bring you years of joy. Being hardy, and strong, they are ready to be acclimated to your home, so you can continue to nurture them and watch them grow larger, so that in a couple of years they will be fruit-bearing. Review: Didn’t survive - I ordered a Meyer lemon and key lime trees from this seller. The lemon tree is thriving. The key time appeared to look okay when it arrived, but within a week it started to turn back and leaves falling off. I returned it with the the expectation of getting a replacement within the 30 day timeframe, but they cancelled the order and told me I wasn’t charged. Hmmm, I was charged for the initial order though.
