Can you use the wood top for a cutting board?

I would not advise it. It is just lamented fiber board.

Can you please show me how to assemble the fruit baskets

I'm about to return this chinese crap because the assembling is a joke.

Is there another sliding shelf for the other shelves, like the white shelf on the bottom… for shedding or dripping?

Only one with my purchase. May need to look at a different choice.

Hi where do the 4 black suctions go?

The 4 black suctions are optional. You can use them instead of the 4 wheels if you choose to have it stationed in one area. My preference is the wheels so I can move easily to clean.
