Teenage son skated in these shoes for 10 months before needing to be let go. Most shoes he skates in only last a couple months at best. Even top brands. AWESOME pair of shoes, will get them again.

Great shoes
My 14 yr old son is very happy with the shoe, I am happy with the price. He had been wearing vans, which don’t hold up if you skate. The DC’s are holding up nicely

Good grip
I don't skate, but bought these shoes for a metal roof with large slope I was installing. These shoes gripped better than tennis shoes or work boots to the metal roof. Certainly not used as a "safety shoe" but did the trick.
