Rip CurlMen's Mirage 3/2/1 Ult Stretch Boardshorts Board Shorts

I haven’t had the shorts in the water yet but I love the fit, length, and feel of these shorts. I am 5’11” and 235lbs, athletic build with a beer belly (is there really such a build?) anyway, I normally wear a size 38 but don’t like my swimming trunks to be snug. Knowing Rip Curl is surf company (skinny teens and 20’s) I ordered the size 40”. They are a bit loose but that is why I ordered a size up. I’d rather get a little buttcrack tan rather than accentuate my muffin top! I would definitely recommend these to others and buy again.

The fabric is weird and stiff and the pocket is in a not ideal place. Returning.
