What really impresses me is the handmade quality of these cups. I worked in stained glass for years and discovered that red glass is made using actual gold. If you hold this cup to a light, you'll see a beautiful golden light inside the jade green and the scallops on the inside of each cup on the top 2 inches reflects the light in lovely golden circles. Yes, there are mold marks that you can feel but the cup is exquisite and it's now my favorite cup.

Arrived super fast in perfect condition. Gorgeous green color. I wish they could be put in the dishwasher and a little bigger (more mug sized)but I knew these details before ordering, worth the hand wash.

These Jadeite mugs are very pretty and just the right size. Just remember never to put them in the dishwasher or the microwave. That is why I only bought two of them.
