I like that it doesn't have any additional vitamins in it, since I take a whole boatload of these. I have found that it works. I will buy them again.

This is a decent bacopa supplement that has a low price, but the actual dosage (100 mg "equivalent" to 1,000 mg) per serving is very small and the bottle has only 30 servings overall.

Since hearing about all its positive benefits for the brain, such as supporting dendrite growth and neurons, I’ve been wanting to try bacopa for awhile.Bacopa has been found to help with memory, anxiety, inflammation, among other things. I’m not really suffering from a bad memory (yet) but I do hope it helps give me some mental energy - who wouldn’t want a boost in learning capabilities and retention? I find, however, that even taking only one has quite a sedating effect so I’ve adjusted to taking these in the evening. They do help me sleep all through the night - maybe a little too well. I can’t imagine taking two, and in general I’ve found recommendations online that suggest somewhere around 300 mg to be optimal. It’s my understanding that it can take some weeks before one notices the memory benefits so I’m in a wait and see mode but hoping these prove good for my brain and mood, etc. I do wish they’d indicate the percentage of bacosides on the label. As it is, however, there are definitely effects here so I’m good for now and hope to update as time goes on.

This is a review for tnvitamins brand Bacopa Monnieri 1000mg capsules. At time of review this bottle of 60 capsules is $9.99- at a 2 capsule dose this is a 30 day supply running 33 cents a day. I have a very stressful job and I tend to work best with a garbage in- garbage out attitude- having practiced this for so long and the added stress of 2020 (still ongoing) my short term memory loss (things I wanted to remember) was getting pretty bad. After having done some research I started taking Bacopa and I believe a good Bacopa extract definitely helped me through this time and took the fuzz out so to speak. I'm not experiencing this quite as hard lately but find it still helpful. This supplement in particular has a 2 small capsule dose making it easy to take- I've not experienced any negative side effect to speak of. I've only had positive experience with Bacopa.

Just a short review here as others have done some great reviews. For myself, I took Bacopa years ago and remembered it helped me through a difficult time in my life....then stopped for a few years. Recently I saw this product from 'TNVitamins' and decided to start taking this supplement again. After a month of taking Bacopa, I have found that it does indeed help relieve some of the stress built up during the day. Yes, I take it at night unusually after dinner. At this point, I do not take it specifically for memory, but I am all for helping with that aspect of my life. Overall a good product with good results.
