Heavy duty towstep towbar mounted double rear step van 4x4 in Black,included bolts

Fitted my Discovery 3 very well but the reflector stickers were rubbish 😊

first of all box it came in wet and damaged ,next the courier left item leaning against the house ,{it was the dog who let us know it was there} i would not call it heavy duty , its constructed of three and two mil mild steel when you step on it it bends slightly,. next if you want to fit it under your tow ball on a drop plate it does not fit ,unless you cut a 4mm slice out of the backing plate to which i have had to do ,not something i would buy again if the need arose

Item fits perfectly and looks excellent. Slight issue with strength it flexes as you stand on it and rust traces appeared after the first rain. In summary still a good purchase for price.

Avoid this - really poor quality, made of light gauge metal which (as many have said already) twists and bends when you take a step on it. It also starts rusting (literally overnight). Have returned and expecting a refund.Have bought a replacement which was only a tenner or so more (needed to be searched out as it seemed hidden away and I didn’t see it at first) which is British made and is solid as a rock. Step is also for my recently acquired Peugot Boxer Autocruise.

This step is so made of such thin steel that it bends horizontally by just gently pushing it by hand if you go to step on it whilst moving forward it bends severely forward, my weight is 85 kg and when I stand on it and slightly move up and down it flexes really badly and if I were to get out of the van carrying any form of weight it would likely snap / Bend under me and break my legs as I then hit the ground… very very poor step and very lightly dangerous

It was easy to fit and looks smart. Probably not suited for the heavier person though.
