Great fit on the hip area
This ice pack has been so helpful after hip surgery. I highly recommend it. The pack forms nicely on the hip area and the large velcro straps secure it perfectly.

Great hip ice pack
This hip ice pack is great. It stays cold forever, if you’re having hip issues you should definitely try this. It molds to your hip unlike regular ice packs.

Lifesaver after my hip surgery. It straps on so I can walk around with it on, and it stays flexible when it’s frozen.

Useful and convenient recovery item
Bought this for recovery from hip replacement. It worked so well I bought another so I could rotate them. They stay cold for over an hour, more than enough time for 20 min on/20min off protocol. They do take about 2-3 hours to become totally frozen but can be used sooner than that. The velcro straps are ample for fitting properly and keeping it in place. The reason for -1 star is that when they are totally frozen they are a bit hard and not very pliable which can be uncomfortable on sensitive areas. They do warm up and become pliable quickly though.
