This Bodygym Core System is a great option for home workouts. It is compact, easy to set up, and doesn’t take up much space when stored. I like that it allows me to work out different areas of my body, including my core, arms, shoulders, and legs, with adjustable resistance for different training levels. The accessories feel well made and the system is comfortable to use. It’s a convenient and effective way to stay active without needing a gym membership. Highly recommended!

I badly broke my kneecap a few years ago, and I've never quite been able to get back into a regular exercise routine. I admit to being something of a wimp about it (sorry, I don't like searing pain), but I received an Amazon gift card and this is what I bought myself. I'm glad I did--it's idiot-proof and klutz-proof, which means I'm not going to misread directions and break it. It's also excuse-proof, as my husband occasionally reminds me. I do most of the exercises from a chair and a few standing up, with three sets of 8 repetitions, while watching TV or listening to music. I also have some resistance bands from when I first did physical therapy, and the two combined (resistance bands + bodygym) seems to be doing the trick. The bodygym is especially good for arm muscles, but I've also able to work both knees, and my balance and feeling of security (ie, not falling) is slowly improving. Have I lost weight? No. This does not prevent me from raiding the fridge. Do I look sexier? I dunno, I'm still in my quarantine uniform of t-shirt and capris. Am I all kinds of fit? Nah. I just started. But I'm off to a pretty good start, and that's an optimism I haven't felt in a while.

I saw the ad on TV for the Resistance Bands with Marie Osmond as spokesperson. I love Marie and trust her to sell a good product. The shipment arrived quickly and in good working order. The directions were clear and precise and easy to set up. The exercises are good for arms and legs but I wish there were more for the tummy. Initially, I was thinking that I might return the product, but decided to try it for awhile longer. The more I used it, the better I liked it and I will definitely keep it. I like the fact that it stores away in just a small bag, and I can pull it out anytime and use it quickly. I think that the resistance bands are worth the price and I am glad that I bought this product.

I think the BodyGym is fantastic! I look forward to doing the exercises and it is easy to fit into my schedule. I have already noticed my strength increasing and have not used this for quite one week yet. I have lots of other options for exercise as my community has a pretty extensive gym 2 blocks away but I really don't seem to go much. The fact that it is not a large piece of equipment to store is also great. This is an extensive workout and I am using muscles I would not normally include in my workout. I don't do any of the advanced cardiac stuff in the video, but I will tell you my heart rate gets up plenty high and I do work up a sweat. Would definitely recommend it.

The idea is wonderful. The item is well... made in China. I like that they provided the activities and the added back strap is a bonus; one to which I chose this over others. However, for the price the thin plastic, not sticky stickers and cheap latex tubing is a no for me. I was expecting a much higher quality for the price. Wishing I’d gone a different route, but will still use.

Wanting to get in some sort of shape after covid.... And LIFE... Ordered a home gym for over $700... Found out it was going to take approx 6 weeks to recieve... Was poking around at some quicker alternatives... Found this bar.... Investigated it the best i could... Ordered it within an hour.... THANK YOU AMAZON AND SELLER for the 2 day shipping!!! I was very excited to try it right away!! It's so incredibly simple to assemble... Literally 5 seconds...and as easy to use.... I was able to adjust the tension and get a great workout... I'm out of shape and ovetweight so i did just the arm workouts the first day.... Felt the next day like i had worked them... 2nd day i did legs.... I think I'll alternate first week then do both everyday... I'm so inspired.... Easy to just pick up at any moment... In any clothes... I'm on my way to healthy and thinner.... YESSSSS BY THE WAY... I CANCELLED THE ORDER FOR THE $700 HOME GYM AND ORDERED A TREADMILL FOR $400 INSTEAD

I have been away from the gym far too long. While I am active, I knew I was really losing strength and balance. I ordered this during the pandemic and am so glad I did. We live in a small space, but this takes up almost zero storage space, only requires a small area to exercise, and the only other thing you need is a sturdy chair and a DVD player. I use it every day, doing the warmup, alternating upper and lower body each day, and the cool down. It takes a little longer than it says, but it is a good workout in a fairly short amount of time. I have been using it almost a month and I feel results in my strength, flexibility, and balance. I did not measure or weigh myself when I started because my motivator is increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. I hope and believe that tightening up and losing weight will happen as a result, not as the main goal. It came with 2 DVDs. I use the one w Marie Osmond but did watch the other DVD once and learned a few things from the fitness instructor. Many of those exercises use the floor and I don't have a good space for that right now, so I prefer the exercises that use a chair or standing (Marie DVD). There are a few little goofs in the DVD - some things are labeled wrong, for example, but those are pretty minor. At first, I had trouble keeping up and had to pause it a lot to make sure I had my feet in the straps correctly or was doing it correctly, but I am much better at that now. I like how easy it is to adjust the tension to make it harder as you gain strength. You just roll the band around the bar. Also, they provide easier and harder alternatives to try and they show some ways to get some cardio in if you want to try that. (The DVD also mentions that you can get stronger bands if needed - I haven't looked into that - they would need to be bands specifically designed to fit this bar.) This workout would not be for everyone - we all have our preferences - but it definitely provides a good workout that you can increase in intensity as you progress without having to buy a bunch of extra equipment. You could easily do the workout without the DVD - there is a booklet and the exercises are pictured on decals you put on the bar - but I like using it because it times everything for you. There are also musical cues as to when you are almost done with each exercise in case you aren't staring at the TV.

I just started using the BodyGym. Overall I think it is swell. It is well constructed and the band used offers more resistance than I thought it would. Love the bar. The exercise DVDs are impressive. I like how the exercises are demonstrated in three levels at the same time. The verbal instructions as well as the body demonstration are presented in a personable and encouraging manner with the "permission" to accommodate the exercise to your ability at the time. So far I find the upper body exercises "easier" to do than the lower body. I might need more time to get use of the movements. Almost perfect? - one thing that would be an improvemet would be to have foot stirrups have a soft rubber bottom to make them easier to get into. Particularly like Marie as instructor and I like her five favorite exercises as a beginners routine. Overall well worth the cost.

Ordered the body gym after seeing videos of Marie Osmond. I Received it in two days, very quick delivery. And I have been using it daily. I love this, wish I would have known of it sooner. it is really a wonderful body gym. Easy to put together. Works out every muscle. I definitely recommend it.
