12" Security Mirror for Home, Adjustable Fixing Bracket

My backyard fence causes a blind spot when I back out of my driveway. I secured this mirror on a 3 foot metal garden post (Walmart) in my side yard . I can now see clearly if anyone is walking down the sidewalk as I back out of my garage. I've had a couple of good windy rainstorms and its holding up great.

I am glad I got the 12" Mirror. Was going to get 18", but that would have been way too big. My hubby placed it on pillar/front porch, and now I don't have to step outside to peek around to see if gate is closed when I let dog out.... Good quality mirror.

We purchased this 12 " blind spot mirror to help us backing out of our driveway. This gives us just enough of a view around the curve to help us avoid pulling out when a car comes around the bend ...generally too fast. Mounting was pretty straight forward: there was a variety of attachment options included for different materials. The packaging was robust enough to prevent damage. I do feel more confident and safter being able to see down the street a little bit better.

I've got a REALLY tight turn entering my garage, and the car needs to be within 2-3" of the corner wall for everything to work. Mounted this in the rafters of my garage, and it works like a charm. No more fear of hitting the wall!

Convex Mirror came with a ball&socket arrangement on the back, allowing infinite adjustment to point it. Package included all required fasters for a straightforward install. I used the sheet metal screws with washer to mount it on the top edge of our garage door. It is a tight space for my Mustang, and mirror size is just perfect to help me avoid grazing the wall on the passenger side. No hassle of having a spotter to guide me in now!

I installed this in my garage to be able to see a stair railing that I have to park close to in order to fit my car in the garage safely. The installation was easy (used provided wood screw/lag bolts). The mirror stays right where I put it, with the ball joint being tight from the factory. It has screws to tighten if needed. Comes with bolts for installing in masonry and metal, but I didn’t use those.
