Root CandlesSeeking Balance Small Spa Candle, 6.5-Ounce, Relax: Geranium Lavender

So I have tried almost all of these candles now, and they are awesome! The scents are all interesting, I love the wood wicks and the slight crackle sound they make, and I would def recommend them! This is my opinion on the scents:My 2 favorites are the yellow ones:"Invigorate" fresh, citrusy, a little herbal, reminds me of Meyer lemons"Enlighten" my fav kitchen candle, not too heavy on the cedar, woodsy but subtle"Illuminate" a little sweeter smelling than I'm normally into, but really nice, well balanced, this is what I want those fresh cotton scented candles to smell like"Meditate" this candle started a vetyver obsession for me, it's a little minty, very clean"Detoxify" again, a little of the sweet side, like those creamy mint candies"Relax" I don't really get the lavender on this one, it's like rose water and kaffir lime leaves"Relive" herbal, rich, deep, smells like men's deodorant, in a good way"Awaken" a little too sweet for me, like pie with some basil flowers"Energize" bright and clean, grapefruit peelA couple more left to try, but I will update!*my personal preference leans towards less perfume-y and more woodsy scents, but these candles are all great, and have very unique scents!

These Root candles are very fragrant and perfect for any space. They do have a wooden wick, which is at times loud and also can be difficult to light or keep lit if it happens to get too short. These are a good value and do last a long time. I would recommend not leaving the candle on for too long and only allow for a small, full layer of melted wax to form. If you're careful about how you light this candle, it will last quite a long time.

There was no cover on the cardboard tube the candle comes in. The wax was all scuffed. This was supposed to be a gift, but it looks to crappy for that. Too bad, because the smell is quite nice.

This was the most expensive candle I bought and I found it a surprise. I love lavander and thought the gerarium was a nice bonus. What I found interesting was this candle does not give off a solid scent. It is extremely pleasant and subtle. However, to my amazement, I found myself relaxing while it was lit. Nice to know the the candle is doing it's job. The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is it seems to be melting too fast. The other candles I bought were only ten dollars each, smell GREAT and do not appear to shrinking at all - a wow factor in my book. I use all the candles I bought often so I feel I can make such a comparision. All in all, I would recommend this candle, especially if you would like a melting, romatic feel -whether with a significant other, reading a good book or simply taking a warm bath.

These candles are fantastic! They are also sold at Whole Foods for a higher price point, which wasn't bad considering the value and the length of time these will last. On Amazon, you're getting the same quality for an even lower price point with none of the toxic stuff found in others. It also has real essential oils instead of artificial scents. The wick is made of wood and makes a soft crackling sound which is different but I found it to be soothing. It also means you're not getting the petroleum coated wicks found in so many others. In a 500 sq ft room, one candle produces more than enough scent.

I am a recent convert to soy and soy blend candles. They burn cleaner, they give off wonderful aromas of the essential oils used to make them and seem to be longer lasting than purely wax based candles. Also they do not leave as much wax residue as they burn down. This candle is blended for relaxation with the scents of geranium and lavender and smells nice even when not lit. Compared to a very famous name brand candle, this 6.5 ounce candle will burn for 65 hours and and is about half the price.I am sold and will buy them again.

…top is scratched, dented & dirty. Candles smell great & burn well though, which is why I was excited to gift.

I've purchased this before and it's seriously amazing. The smell is calming but still potent enough to be enjoyed throughout my house. And I've heard from other people in the past that soy candles don't cause smoke damage to the structure/walls/paint of your home especially if you burn a lot of candles over time. I love it and will continue to buy as long as it's offered. I bet their other scents are good, too!

El aroma era rico pero no tan intenso, la vela quizás no fue empacada en condiciones de temperatura adecuada porque la vela venía un poco derretida.

Very relaxing and smells fab. Also like the unique way the candle burns with its cardboard wick, producing dancing flame , if not 2 flames
