Annie's Organic Classic Pancake and Waffle Mix, 26 oz

Pancakes taste good but the description says you can make muffins but there were no instructions. This was the main reason I bought it as most muffin mixes have harmful ingredients.

Follow the instruction on the box, or improvise, either way they turn out amazing. Really fluffy, good flavor. Everyone in my household of picky eaters loved them

Really yummy and fluffy. I add some extracts to it to really give it a boost. My favorite pancakes!

Add 2 teaspoons per serving to plump them up a bit. Otherwise, pretty good pancakes! Even better with blueberries added.

I use vanilla almond milk and ground flax seed or Just Egg and these taste great

I made waffles with the mix. They tasted like delicious cake! They were perfectly fluffy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and 1 of my kids ate it without syrup. I mixed it with vanilla oatmilk, instead of milk, and it was delicious.

I wasn’t a big fan but not disappointing enough to give less than 4 stars

Shhh. I’m telling you because if you’re reading pancake mix reviews you’re as serious about the game as I am. This mix made the most awesome fluffy pancakes. No weird flavor. Not trying to be too cool. Pancakes like my amazing Scottish-Canadian genius baker Grandma used to make. Seriously, years ago when I was little, once in a while she’d make pancakes and they were divine. These taste like them. Now please, just leave a box for me....Remember. Not too hot. Put a little butter on a nonstick pan for a little extra! Flip when bubbles are all over. Pro tip for the parents... you can freeze them and pop them in the toaster!Also, maple syrup!
