Some reviews complain of only a single speed yet description and video state variable speed. Which is it?

There is a variable speed dial on this polisher which means users havent been able to find this or understand what the dial does or they received a polisher with a defect which we would replace immediately. Thanks!

Does it include tools, spare brushes and top handle like maxshine m8s v2 which seems to be exactly the same machine?

Has knob handel built on top ,comes with brush to clean pads only to change pads is easy they have velcro...

Where are the polishers manufactured?

I have no idea - but I will say I used the crap out of them and they work good . They won’t last a lifetime but worked better than I expected
