Callaway Golf 2020 Mavrik Subzero Fairway Wood

I stumbled across the Callaway Mavrik SZ Fairway on Amazon advertised on sale at $133. I was only doing research on clubs but couldn’t pass up the deal. Turns out the next day after filling my order they cranked the price back up to $299, I’m thinking they made a mistake on my price. Nowhere in the listing does it show this is a demo club and with most things Amazon if it isn’t stated used you can assume it is a new item. With that said I received the club and I noticed the club was a demo (grip said demo at the top with some wear) and thanks to the fitter I know at the PGA store, pointed out the club had a ding on the top near the toe, very minute but there. You don’t want a demo club and some places won’t even take demo clubs in for trade.The way it looks to me, since I received such a great price on the club instead of sending me a new club they decided to send me a dinged up demo club hoping I would simply return the item instead of sending me a brand new one in the first place that I would have ended up keeping.I opened a return and sent the seller a message hoping they would make things right however as expected they gladly accepted the return and offered no apology, explanation or anything else. They have now had the club back in their possession 3 business days as of this review and no refund or message has yet been received.This is my first experience with Callaway for clubs and I’m not impressed how they have handled this situation. I realize that I’m only one person dealing with a large company but the way this thing played out makes me question their integrity.As a footnote I also found the Mavrik Max driver being sold by them the same day for $188 (they also moved the price back to $399 the next day). I kept that club as it was not in new condition but not dinged up like the fairway. I realize their Amazon name is Callaway Pre-owned however they have a responsibility to clearly state the condition if it is not new and they shouldn’t punish their buyers by sending an inferior product (condition wise) when they make a mistake on the price in the listing. Not a good look Callaway.

Little confusing as the picture has it as a 3 wood but received a 4 wood... was my oversight but pic should update to 4 wood if you choose that loft.
