AWKWARD TO USE
Not crazy about the pouch. I've used beeswax sheets, but I feel like these are harder to clean and I definitely don't trust them to stay closed. The shapes aren't ideal either. The printed fabric is sort of faded and shabby looking.

Made in Canada. Great quality overall.
We have other Beebagz that have held up to regular use perfectly fine for quite a while now so I know that they last, and I know that they work. At least for certain stuff that isn't too nasty like raw meats. The only real issue with these bags is common with all of these types of products. You can't wash them in anything but cold water, you're not really even supposed to use soaps. That rules out anything particularly bacteria ridden. That being said, it is totally possible to replace a LOT of containers/ziploc bags with these. I never even considered how the beeswax "sheets' would be so much more convenient in bag form, but it's a good idea, and we'll use these for a lot more things that we normally wouldn't have used our sheets for.The quality of the bags is good, overall, none of them show any cracking of the wax at all and all of the actual seams are finished nicely. The material is fairly thick and feels like it'll last. The only part that feels a little off are the opening at the top which looks and feels a little unfinished and I wonder why the top lip of the opening doesn't have a little folded over material prior to the stitching to give it a clean edge. I think there is probably a good reason for it, like maybe the bags don't seal as easily or completely if the opening were given a finished lip so I'm not going to mark it against them - they work the way they are quite well. The top seals surprisingly firmly by just pressing the opening together as the beeswax fabric wants to stick to itself. These bags are made quite locally to me here in Ontario, or at least the box says Made in Canada with the company being here in Ontario. Being made in Canada is a huge plus for me, and it does help explain why they certainly can't be considered cheap. I'm usually happy to pay a bit more for products made locally.
