Horrible. Junk. Do not buy.The base slides everywhere.It's impossible to close the clamps.They literally glued a thin piece of velvet to it.This is a pretend lab stand

Just great worth every penny saved me from useing a old car Jack to hold my cold water condenser up in place for the production of HNO3 from NAHSO4 +NANO3 + CU2 > CU+2(NO)3 (S) +NA2SO4 (BYPRODUCTS), (MAIN PRODUCT) HNO3

This is good equipment, and a lot of it for the price. But be prepared to really turn the clamps for a secure fit.

This stand is extremely low quality. It came missing parts. The threads for the clamps are not cut clean and required chasing. The knobs are abysmal. There is flashing left over from molding that will cut your hand and some are off center by 1/4 inch. Buy something else.

It assembled easily and provides a firm and undamaging grip to my glassware. I will purchase a second one in the future when needed.

I like the number and versatility of the rings and the clasps. The base would need to be tightened more thannId like to make it more stable . But all in all a good buy.
