Not Durable-However-Seller Stood Behind Product. Revised Review.
Revised rating from 1 to 4 stars due to customer service. I was outside the return window. I contacted the seller to see if it could be repaired. The seller sent me a new cutter at no cost.Original review: The new cutter has a slightly better design and works great.I used this cutter 4-5 times a week to cut fleece. It lasted 4 months and the locking mechanism no longer locks blade in place. Lock will work when blade is in retracted position. Lock will not engage when blade is in use. Cutter worked for 4 months very well. I gave it a rating of 1 because it is unsafe to use without the blade lock feature working.
