My goggles were slipping and pulling my old silicon swim cap off. But this cap is secure and the little nobbies on the outside of the cap keep my googles in place. It is a great experience to use this cap. Recommend buying it.

Absolutely hate it. It's too small and made my head hurt just trying it on! Waste of my $. I bought this one for a child and it was too small for her (12 yr old)

This is either made for a child or is truly disproportionate for any adult head. I understand swim caps are tight, this was unusable.

PROS:- Thick strong material.- Chin strap would've been very helpful.CONS:- Unfortunately, it's way too small for an adult head, even a medium-sized one.
