Raelly nice book
Well written with essential info and tips for waterfowl enthusiasts. Both the ducks and geese versions are worthwhile additions to your bookcase.

It helps you know what kind of problem they may have, vets won't.
I wish I would of purchased this book years ago, it would of been of great value in preventing the deaths of two of my little friends and over $1200 in bills to bad vets. The book suggests regular vet use, but you need to know what it looks like is going on, to point a vet in the proper direction. The book stresses the vets conducting antibiotic resistance tests and for an infection; that is very important, for you or your birds. I am doing biological research so maybe I know a bit more than the average person, but this test for infections should be done regularly. The book is also informative for the wonderful social and personal likes and peculiarities, as well as some unexpected personal needs.

Excellent
This is an excellent resource for an owner of geese. There is so little good literature for the goose owner that this book stands alone as an excellent information source about this wonderful bird.

The BEST resource on raising geese!
Excellent book with everything a person needs to know about raising geese!! This is the most extensive resource I have found - with info on breeds, housing, communicating with geese, and a huge section on medical care. (The table of contents is 17 pages long!) I highly recommend this book! Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!
