byFormica Sunburst Ant Nectar - Original Formula, 60 mL Bottle

The ants love it. It isn't thick like honey, so the ants don't get trapped. Still sticky if it spills, but it's sugar water so there's no avoiding that. I appreciate the preservatives that keep it fresh longer, homemade simple syrup only lasts a couple weeks before it starts to mold.

My Myrmecoctysus Mexicanus colony is the pickiest honey pot colony istg it’s so hard to get them to drink anything remotely sweet to get their repletes full. The second I put a feeder with this in there they immediately swarmed it like a Solenopsis colony would. I don’t know what they put in this, but my ants are very much hooked.

So far, ants seem to loving it. I'm happy with the quality and shelf life. This will make ant keeping must easier.

This was our first time buying this nectar. We are very new to the ant world. We used one drop of this nectar and it hardened up. I’m not quite informational yet to know how long before this nectar hardens, I was under the impression it would stay in its liquid state, but it did not and maybe that’s normal., So any feedback would be appreciated! We have caught our first queen aunt she is a carpenter version. We’re not sure which kind yet as we just put her in the test tube and left her B will check on her in two weeks, she did drink water beforehand, though which is great! The nectar seems to be a very high-quality with others rating at high! We’ll see how things go as I said we’re not veterans in this area yet

So I ordered the fluon, sunburst ant food, and the Galileo liquid feeders off Amazon. All the packages arrived perfect and very well packaged. I have never used any of Terry's products before this. I stripped off my old fluon and apply byformica fluon. I use a open top and it did a perfect job keeping the ants in. They absolutely couldn't cross it. Next I used the liquid feeders filled with sunburst ant food. The feeders are fantastic looking and really add a lot of class to my set ups. The ants quickly found and really loved the sunburst ant food. I will be buying All of these products in the future they are of the highest quality and frankly I was very impressed. So it gets a 10 out of 10 for me. I will be doing a complete review in my YouTube channel. Really great stuff Terry keep up the fantastic work promoting our hobby!!

I used sugar water and honey water previously with mixed results. This is a much better solution. My ants can’t get enough of it.

auf dem weg zu einem Tropfen Sunburst fangen die meisten sogar an zu "rennen". :D also ich bin überzeugt dass es Ihnen schmeckt. Habe es noch nicht lange im Einsatz, deswegen kann ich nur Ihre Reaktion darauf beurteilen.

Lo sto usando da un paio di settimane, diluito nell'acqua: decisamente piace.

Ero stanco di cambiare sempre il miele e acquamiele ogni 2 o 3 giorni. Il Sunburst viene preferito rispetto a tutti i mieli e acquamiele provati. Il prodotto è stabilizzato, rispetto agli altri alimenti zuccherini che fermentano, se usati negli appositi contenitori proposti o in provette con cotone, può durare settimane senza ricambi. Provato con Lasius niger, Lasius grandis, Camponotus vagus, Camponotus barbaricus, Messor barbarus e Pheidole pallidula.
