Pathetic product, worse customer care
The watch delivered did not work, was poor quality and box was crushed. Been waiting for a return / refund for over 2 weeks now with no response. Amazon has disappointed us hugely with this product. Such an inconvenience chasing customer care for a small product.

Duplicate not Disney Product and broken after few days.
The big hand of this watch came off after few days and I can't use it anymore.

The watch clip broke on the first use. And the band plastic is so bad. Waste of money.

Poor quality
Poor quality product and packaging... so broke before wearing it. Ordered for my daughter's b'day but very disappointed.. even prints on straps goes of easily.
