Great texture, deep rich color, no crystallization, tall slender bottle to fit in tight spaces, and strong bottle as well.

Great Flavor
I consider myself a honey connoisseur as I eat it daily and I eat different flavors and brands and this one is pretty good. I buy it again. It's not my favorite but I definitely would buy it again.

Just a hint of lavender
This is the perfect honey for your fall cup of tea. Just a hint of lavender and the taste and smell is wonderful.

I had never tried truffle honey before. I had never even heard of it, until recently. I added this in with some other ingredients to make a dressing. It was on another level, delicious!Highly recommend. 10 stars. (Do not refrigerate the truffle honey. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature).Lemon basil vinaigrette & truffle honey dressing:2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/2 tablespoon truffle honey (I used what I'm reviewing)!1/2 clove finely minced garlic1/4 teaspoon dried basilCombine all ingredients and whist well to incorporate. DO refrigerate the dressing!And I made a wonderful strawberry / arugula salad using these ingredientsArugulaToasted pine nutsStrawberries - sliced thinFeta cheese or blue cheeseSimple, both the dressing and the salad. But oh so good! :-)

Not pure Tupelo honey?
This does not seem to be pure Tupelo honey. It has a different after taste, and it crystallizes.It is not horrible, but for the cost and taste I probably will not purchase this again.

Good product
It really goes well with Gouda cheese. I hope that truffle scent is a bit more stronger
