Works well as a postpartum multi. Adds extra b vitamins which helps with depression, anxiety, sleep, stress, etc. As well as a decent amount of calcium and magnesium which most others don’t have. The only thing I really dislike was that they have animal colostrum in them. Bovine colostrum is an inhumane product to use and I’m sad to see this company adding it to their products.

They are great vitamins only down fall are they are pretty large and you have to take 4 of them which is the serving size.

I ordered these after days of research on postnatal vitamins. I don't regret it! My milk came in faster and the baby blues where minimized so much. Really it saved my days and I have been able to enjoy my beautiful baby my family my self and life in general. The benefits of everything in these are perfect and I'm eternally grateful to my amazing vitamins. They are a bit big but f you can swallow a prenatal then you can handle these. Pure postnatal is the best out there.

This is a great multivitamin for mommy & baby! I usually cannot take multivitamins in pill form because I get an upset stomach and burp them all day long...but I have no problems with this! It has wonderful ingredients in it that not only benefit mom but baby as well. I exclusively breastfeed my 2 month old girl and I want to take something that really helps her too. An excellent product....I wish I found this b4 I got pregnant..I would have taken it during my pregnancy!

These were good and didn't make me feel sick like others did - the only reason they get only 4 stars is that taking 4 pills isn't much fun, especially when they are this big. Wish someone would come up with stuff easier to swallow.

68 use this for my prenatal and postnatal. It was suggested to me by someone at a health food store and it has been the best prenatal / postnatal I have ever taken. I definitely feel a difference when I take it.

It really sucks that this product isn’t actually vegan as the product title says.
