Yes it does. I just received mine and it clearly says on the tin “yellow no. 6”

What are some preparation tips mine didn't come out restaurant quality.

I would recommend using 2-3 sachets with a cup of hot water. Wait for 3-5 mins and remove the tea bags (squeeze the tea bag a bit as it is where flavor most concentrated). Then, you can add sugar, ice and half&half. Alternatively, you can use condensed milk instead of half&half if you want to make it the way they do in Thailand.
