Don’t overspray the pillow, a little goes a long way
I spray this on my pillow at night. It is very relaxing and I have no problem falling asleep.

Not to be trite but this stuff really does work!

Good for a restless night.
Arrived as expected and without issues. This product is good, but seems less effective as the product it replaced. I still fall asleep after application. When I have to use it, I don't seem to have the uninterrupted sleep I had before. Additionally, the scent is not quite as pleasant as the previous product. I still recommend as it does help with falling asleep when you are restless.

I received the small 'breath in' and 'deep calm pillow spray' as a gift while at a business meeting in Geneva. It is fabulous. I use both, and I get to sleep so easily....I don't always sleep more than 4 hours (that's just me), but I get to sleep faster, and I usually do sleep longer than I do without it. Buying it for Christmas gifts!!
