Definitely better quality (so far) than the last seat we had upstairs. Installation instructions were not good and felt like it moved after installing, but using it since it’s absolutely fine. We’ve had it for a month.

Not all the seats go down slowly.
The small seat does not close slowly and it easily detaches from the magnet which sometimes produces a massive noise when it falls. Nonetheless, it has good quality and it arrived quickly.

Didn’t like this
I have a family toilet seat from B&Q on another toilet in the house and then bought this one for the main bathroom toilet. The junior seat is thin and flat so it can nip the skin on my son’s leg sometimes as he’s moving himself on and off the toilet. Don’t have this problem with the B&Q one.

A work of art
So much easier for toddler and parents using the toilet and the toddler seat is magnetic to the lid. So sturdy and just all round brilliant!

This might sound crazy, but honestly one of the best things I’ve ever bought!! The invention itself is brilliant, but the quality is second to none too!!

Terrible seat for kids
This seat has quite sharp edges and it hurts my child. Do not recommend
