perfect tennis shoe!
This is one of the most highly rated tennis shoes. I've owned 20 pair of them over the last 10 years. They protect your ankles from rolling and getting injured. They are very sturdy and are excellent support. They come with an extra set of laces....they are consistently an excellent produce over decades....everyone says so. Maybe they're a little plain for our colorful designer driven world...but I'd rather be comfortable and safe from the base up. I can always wear a pink scarf or colorful tennis jacket! buy these, you won't be disappointed. I'm a very, very harsh critic of most things.

Great shoe.
I have been buying this same shoe for decades. It has a wide toe box compared to other shoes and is a little wider than other brands. Every so often- I try a shoe that is considered similar - and always question myself as to why I try to change. The best part of this shoe is the thick support under the heal. Helps keep my plantar fasciitis from flaring. Ever so often - the manufacturer discontinues this model - it has been revived twice now. Great show.

Roomy Toe Area
My feet are wide in the toe area and narrow in the heels. These tennis shoes are perfect for my feet. I've tried other brands that feel good when I try them on but after playing consecutive days of tennis or a long match, my baby toes are bruised. Prince T22 have never bruised my feet and they are the best choice for me. Thank you!FYI - My husband has worn Men's T22 for years and loves them.

... this shoe for a number of years and was disappointed when Prince changed manufacturers
I have worn this shoe for a number of years and was disappointed when Prince changed manufacturers. This product was formerly made in China and is now made in Cambodia. The main reason that I liked the shoe was the wide toe box and the fact that the shoe required no break-in time. It was comfortable right out of the box. I could also count on the size being the same every time. That is no longer the case. I now have to order a half size larger and the width of the toe box varies a little from shoe to shoe. It's very close to being too tight, but is still doable. Too bad Prince chose to make the change they did. It has turned what was once a sure winner into one that is just passable.

Not the same shoe as made in previous years. Not recommended.
Very disappointed in this shoe. I have purchased these exact same shoes for the past five years. I know they are now manufactured in a different country so I had to buy a shoe that is 1/2 size larger than I have purchased in the past. The extra 1/2 is definitely needed. However, this new shoe is now rubbing against my ankle (and causing it to bleed). I compared this new shoe to three of my others and the top of the shoe by the top of the laces is higher than previous designs so it rubs your skin right next to your ankle bone. The only reason I gave two stars is because the toe box is still a good size so my toes do not get cramped. I will not be purchasing these again. I would return them if I could but I have worn them two times now just to make sure my problem did not go away.

size
When they arrived I was excited to wear. until I put them on my feet. Clown is the first thing that came to my mind. I held them up to my other track/running shoe. they are almost 2 inches wider. so you can imagine what they look like on your feet. they were comfortable...but look HUGE on your feet

This shoe feels like an orthopedic shoe it gives so much support to the foot.
This shoe has so much side support and sole comfort. I used it years ago for tennis and loved it and my upper foot pain stopped immediately. Now in light of co-vid i have taken up jogging. when my last pair wore out i thought i would get a good jogging shoe. I tried numerous shoes and different brands and sizes. What is apparent immediately is the complete lack of side support and overall support to the foot. apparently new running shoes focus on the sole entirely and have completely abandoned side, heel and toe support.

Bulky outside and inside
I like a structured tennis shoe, but felt these are almost too structured and not form-fitting enough to the foot. In my correct size (having tried two different pairs), my wide feet were rolling inside the T22s as I played. I previously wore New Balance 800s, until the 806 iteration made the toe box too narrow; after ditching my T22s, I'm now happy with Adidas Barricades.
