Initially looked lovely and worked perfectly. The timer is an amazing feature as you can fall asleep and it will shut itself off. However after being used just twice in a month I've had it, it now doesn't work at all. I want to return it for a refund or replacement but it says I missed the date - you only get 1month and apparently the seller doesn't accept returns after that! Frankly this just isn't good enough and I think the quality is questionable if that is their attitude - they must know there's a history of problems with use over time.

Looks nice but gets too hot for my liking . Would not leave it on any good furniture, wouldn’t even leave it on if I’m not close by.

I liked it so much, I bought the company, I didn't really, just showing my age over a really old advert on tv haha.....Anyhooooo....I bought 1 for my bedroom to help with the smell of damp, long story (eye roll) and also as a nightlight for when watching tv or on PC. It heats up very quickly and I can smell the scent from across the room about 12 feet away.The light is bright, but not too bright and at 40W, it remains quite cheap to run during the robberies being committed by the energy companies at the moment.The ONLY thing that I have to have a gripe about, is that they do not supply spare melting trays. I wanted to buy 1 for when I wanted to change smell without wasting the old 1, but the company told me that they don't sell them on their own. I got round it by buying some plain glass melting trays and they don't look out of place.All in all, I would highly recommend this item to anyone who likes their wax melts.

The lamp was lovely and would warm up the wax quickly. I was really pleased with it until about a week of use when it just stopped working. I changed the fuse in the plug and the bulb to see if it was any of those but there was no power at all going to the unit (there’s a little red light on the switch to indicate that the lamp was off but it was getting power).I contacted Amazon regarding a replacement but a refund was the only option available at that time. I sent the lamp off and got a refund relatively quickly.The lamp itself was lovely and was a reasonable size without being too big. I thought it was good value for money but in the end I guess you get what you pay for. Shame, it really was a nice looking lamp.
