Wilton Light Cocoa Candy Melts Perfect For Cake Pops Sweets Decoration

My grandson got a fondue pot for Christmas, so I bought him some melting chocolate and he made us a great fondue for dipping fruit for dessert! Yum!

I use this brand of candy melts a lot when I make my cake pops. quite simple to use and tastes really good. i usually melt them in the microwave with a little bit of sunflower oil and set it for one minute, take it out, mix it then pop it back in for 30 sec intervals mixing it in between. depending on how runny I want it i keep adding the oil until I get the consistency I want. This method works for me personally.

These are great for making things out of chocolate you can make anything there really tasty and are so easy to work with if your making lollies or something just 2 minutes in the microwave :)
