I have several of these and I am very impressed. I find the second track, which leads to sleep very helpful for relaxing into sleep (I suffer from insomnia) I have no problem with the accent at all, as it seems some people do, it is better than many out there and does not distract from the content and quality of the product.

I have found all of Glenn Harrolds Cd's brilliant and the solfeggio ones are perhaps the best of all. I'm giving 4 stars for the cd, the reason I've not given five is because of the price, this seller is having a laugh. This can be bought direct from Glenn Harrold's website for £11.99. The rest of the set can be bought on Amazon at a reasonable price too.
