Handy shims
We use this for general shimming tasks when building houses. They are consistently 1/8 inch thick. They are durable plastic so no concern with rot or contact with either concrete or pressure treated wood.

Basically used to space the tiles. Didn't break any. Easy to use. Storing in a Ziplock baggie for next use. Solid construction and even spacing between them all. No complaints. Cheaper than big home improvement stores.
