My daughter (10) asked for a galaxy light for her birthday. After searching for awhile we settled on this one because of the reviews and images.We were enamored and blown away when she first turned it on in our living room after opening it on her birthday. It transformed the whole room into the northern lights and a spectacular show of swirling colors. It was magical. We all suddenly found ourselves laying anywhere so we could enjoy the show together.What we didn’t expect was how relaxing and soothing it is to lay beneath the projection as it softly illuminates the bedroom with the various white sounds you can choose from. My daughter falls asleep within minutes of it being on when normally she fidgets for awhile at bedtime.Settings:- There are a number of different “northern light”-esque settings and even combinations of colors you can choose to merge together. There’s also a setting that transitions between each of the color sets- There’s an option to add green “star” lights on top of the northern lights effect- There are about half a dozen white noise options including rain/water, crackling fire, lullaby music- You can adjust the brightness of the light from low to medium to high- You can set it on a timer for 1hr or 2hr to shut off on its own- A remote is included and is easy for a child to useOverall we were really impressed by the quality of this galaxy light and are eager to buy this as a gift for someone else too now that we know how fantastic it is.Highly recommend.

It's absolutely beautiful in a small room, it's almost better than expected, easy to use definitely a worth while purchase. In a larger room with too much light the intensity of the light might be drowned out however with the price point not too extreme it may be worth purchasing another! The sound is decent, definitely not the main focus of the light itself but it adds to it for sure especially with a lot of the other lights being at almost the same price point and not having the option to play music

Well read it carefully you buy this. The overall performance of this projector is good. The light is great, sound quality of the built in system for the white cancellation is superb. But there are some major flaws in the whole thing.1) it can not be focused since it will stand on its 4 legs. So where ever you put this thing it will point directly above. In my case, I wanted to put it on top of my TV box on a side wall. But it was missing half of its pattern since it can not be adjusted to the center of my ceiling. So I had to put some support to lift it over in order to focus on the center of the ceiling under its back two legs. Thats one of the major issue that I had to face.2) Bluetooth music player is no really that great because the speaker is not that great, But again, I dont think its an issue since this device can not be used as your primary audio source.3) The remote operation is pretty annoying. You have to point it directly to the receiver of the device. Even though you point it to the device, it wont work properly, you have to point it the the remote receiver which is located on the side of the device. Remote control operation is pretty hard to control this device.4) The device will turn off by itself after 4 hours no matter what. Thats the default timer and that can not be changed. Off course you can modify the timer to 1 and 2 hour. But the 4 hour is the limit where the device will definitely will shut offBut overall I am satisfied with the device. My 7 month old son loves it. since you can adjust the brightness and noise cancellation volume, one can make it perfect for a kid. it is even enjoyable for the adults as well. Not sure how long its gonna last, but I would recommend this product

I use this every night its so relaxing i can even set the time every 1 or 2 hour which is i like the most.

This was a fun purchase. It fills a room with stars, northern lights, and sky rainbows. I just love it in the bathroom while taking a bath. The room is bright enough that I don't need another light on and it also connects to my iphone music. It's a cool idea for those dark wintery nights when comfort is sometimes a challenge. I've also taken it into the classroom to help students find their inner calm. The kids also reviewed it high as well.
