By looking the product is good but I have been struggling to make it fixed with accessories which has not been provided.have gone through lot of discussion on the issues but until now no resolution.this is first-time i have faced such a bad service from Amazon or their seller partner, the item is big and for long run ,I can't leave it like this without any proper resolution.the belive has gone so it makes me difficult now to belive on their steps which they are following or may be they do not want to respond so that at the end i forcibly accept the product.

Nilkamal Bed - A Disappointing Experience
I regret to say that my experience with the Nilkamal bed has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product itself is of poor quality, but what really takes the cake is the abysmal installation process.After purchasing the bed, I was told that installation would be taken care of promptly. However, I waited for over 45 days with no sign of anyone showing up. Despite making several complaints, there was no response or resolution from the customer service team. The lack of communication and the endless wait was incredibly frustrating.In the end, I had no choice but to hire a local carpenter to install the bed, which cost me an additional 2000 INR. This extra expense, on top of the time and energy wasted dealing with Nilkamal, has left me deeply dissatisfied.I would strongly advise anyone considering this product to think twice. The hassle and disappointment are simply not worth it.

Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions however I opted for the assembly service, which was also done on time.The bed supports the mattress perfectly, providing a comfortable night's sleep without any creaking. The headboard is well-crafted and enhances the overall look. Highly recommend this bed for its quality and style.
