OMG!! It is Soooo Freakin’ Good!Just got the 3 pack variety pack today and tried a cup of the dark and extreme dark roasts. Wasn’t sure I would like the darker roasts before I bought it, but thought I’d try it out!!Wow!! Very smooth, not acidic. Very Yummy! Waaay better than that other S******k’s brand!! Have only tried one each of the 2 dark roasts so not able to comment on the exploding pods issue. Plus I made a small puncture into lid before placing into Keurig to prevent that. From what I’ve seen in other reviews that issue seems to be related to that type of pod, no matter the roaster/company. Hence, puncturing a small hole before placing into brewer.But, Man! This coffee is truly great!!And, the fact that it is environmentally sound in so many ways (especially compostable) is a major plus!!BTW: I DO also have a stainless steel k-kup reusable pod for my brewer as well. Which I love, but on days when I’m in a rush, it is so much easier to just drop in a pod and grab a cup of coffee! This is made for ‘such times as these’!Gonna check out to see if they offer just beans as well!! Really! (Maybe its the caffeine talking), but don’t be afraid to give it a try!

First, I am not so much a fan of Starbucks coffee my preference is the local coffee houses and artisan roasters since we have a lot of them around town. I am in walking distance to at least 5-6 coffee house that brew locally roaster coffee. Now with that said, I was actually quite impressed with the taste of these pods. Actually quite surprised that on the first sip, I said wow that’s pretty good coffee. I bought them for vacation home to have on hand since we have a k-cup brewer there now. The coffee pods brewed nicely in the machine and come in a resealable pouch. Yes, they are priced slightly high than some of the other k cup pods but it was worth it.

Makes a great flavored cup of coffee .

The Duke flavor is very good, smooth, fresh, and doesn’t have off or odd flavors like the plastic K-cups do to me.Based on flow and grounds quantity, I grt the best taste and strength on the “6 oz” brew size. An using the Keurig without the digital screens, the v1.0 so it recognizes any pods.Have ordered them 7 times already, they taste fresh and good. I use a chip clip to keep the foil bag closed once opened.I really like Peet’s coffee, if they made bio pods like this I’d buy them too.For most of these biodegradable pods I’ve noticed the coffee comes out a little weaker unless you run them on the 6 oz. size. I think water flows through them faster than the plastic pods do, so you get a weaker cup unless you use less water.

I use an iCoffee machine and these work wonderfully. Zero grounds in my cup and we're already on the second box. Coffee pods are sometimes hit or miss with flavor and depth. I was very pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this brew! Very rich, very bold and tastes like real coffee, unlike some pod brands floating around the market. These don't taste watered down at all. Price is fair and roughly $4 more for the brand I would purchase from the store for a pack of 32, however there's 4 more pods in here than those, so it equals out.I'm not one who drinks a ton of coffee a day, but I do drink it daily. Living alone, it's easier to have a single cup brewer than make even half a pot and have it go to waste. I'm obsessed with these since I can now have guilt free coffee every morning and not obsess and get anxious over how much plastic is being disposed. Buy them, you won't regret it!

Just right strength. Expected more flavor so it took a while to decide if I liked it until I realized the flavor I expected was bitter but this is better. Seems easier on the stomach.

I have been using this coffee for some time and I really like this coffee and would normally give it five stars. It is very good tasting and I like the fact that the cups are compostable. However, I have had several incidents where the little cup deveoped a hole in the bottom. This causes coffee grounds to go into my coffee cup, down the rim of the cup and also into the coffee maker. As much as I like this coffee, I will find another brand for my next order.Follow up: I continue to have problems with the pod breaking. A real shame because I would really like to continue using this product.

I love this coffee not only I taste but I also like the idea that it is environmentally safe. Great shipping and handling as well. A+ all around

I thought I would try this product out , as I was looking for a change .the coffee is nice but slightly strong for a medium .I wish the coffee pods could be purchased in medium house blend . The price is slightly more expensive than store house star bucks , less pods .Over all I am content with the purchase .Packaging nice name nice .Great coffee especially for those who love a darker roast .

I really enjoy this coffee. It has a nice flavour and the whole pod can go in the green bin! No trying to tear those horrid plastic tinfoil pods apart. Just take out of the Keurig and plop it in the green bin. I have ordered it a few times now and it arrives a couple days later. I plan to keep ordering it

A combination of having a great coffee and helping the environment. I ordered the three varieties to really have a feel of what I would like the most. In the end, I love them all, but I have a soft spot for the extra dark roast (the noble).

I bought these because they are biodegradable and I feel bad about wasting all those k cups! The taste is like most other mild coffee. It's not a strong flavour so if you're used to a darker roast then you might not like it. So far I have not had any issues with the pods exploding or anything like that. They come in packs of 12, which is great to help with freshness.
